Introduction to Telehealth – In this brief 5-minute module, you'll receive an overview of telehealth, exploring its benefits for both healthcare providers and patients, as well as understanding when a telehealth consultation is or isn’t appropriate.

Preparing for Telehealth – This 30-minute module focuses on exploring personal biases and assumptions that may affect telehealth consultations. You'll also identify your telehealth patient base, learn how to set up for success, and discover strategies to help patients get ready for telehealth interactions.

The Telehealth Consultation – In this 30-minute module, you will learn the steps to prepare for, conduct, and effectively close a telehealth consultation.

Post Learning Reflection - approximately will take 10 minutes to complete and will help reinforce what you have already learned about Telehealth and make sure you are ready to begin your telehealth journey.
